Whenever i download the new plus live with windows live messenger 10 installed already on my computer, it will download but then wont start up messenger 10.. And even when I try to open up messenger myself it wont open..
I thought both of these were meant to be compatible with eachother.. so why arent they working??
Help please..
DO NOT DELETE THIS.. I have read other forums and FAQ but cannot find my problem's answer..

There is no such version 10.
the latest version (which is in private beta) is version 9

ok ok.. 9.. but yer.. not 10.. my bad..
i got it from the actual live messenger site..
yes its version 9.. so any thoughts on why it isnt working then?

So your a beta a tester? Hard to believe. Well since its betas ect down load 8.5 then the latest version of plus. Problem solved.

Its also worth noting that support for Windows Live Messenger 9 is currently considered BETA, even in the final version of Messenger Plus! Live 4.50. That being said, if it doesnt work, it likely will when WLM9 support is finalized.
