[HELP] Skinning documentation by stuartbennett on 12-29-2007 at 01:11 PM

in the skiining documentation you advise people to use Altovia XMLSpy 2008 Professional yes it is free for 30 days after which youll no longer be able to use it and therefore no longer be able to develope skins, to buy this product costs 598.50 euros, according to www.xe.com that translates to 598.50 EUR = 439.701 GBP i just think that considering plus and skinning is supposed to be free its a little bit off that patchou tells us in the skinning documentation to use a program that will cost us £440.

i have searched for free xml editors none however are anywhere near as good as xmlspy as they dont give you hints to what goes where based onn your schema they dont start giving suggestions on tags for that section based on what your typing and they dont validate your xml either.

if patchou could find us a free alternative that gives us all these features or a cheap alternative i would be really greatful.

yeah sure is, the xmlpad is ok but if you get validation errors its totally useless at helping you track them down. can patchou not make his own xml editor and bundle it with plus?

I think it would take to long to make and a lot of people wouldn't use it.
