you can always use a,mess or plus patch to remove all the clutter and stuff

All skins will do this. They replace the files that MessPatch has changed, so you don't see the changes.

Well if you're using MessPatch already, then what other things would you like removed?

I was actually thinking of something as compact as MirandaIM interface.

Also could it be possible to move the name/status to the bottom?
