I've just had a look through the scrips and so far I can't find it, no doubt I'm stupid and missed it.
Taking a good guess you can do this,
1. Take the limit off the Private Message (that's not so private since everyone can see it) and...
2. Have both music and PM shown at once with the PM shown first.

And it would also not be logical to make a script to do this anyway, messenger would need to be patched. I am aware that you could patch it with a script, but it makes much more sense to use an executable.
