Skinning may seem daunting at first but it's actually relatively easy once you master the basics. All I've done is read the Plus! skinning help file and a few of Willz' tutorials - all I can do is replace a simple resource with another resource, but for many skins if you're not changing anything else (such as item locations and text colours) that could be all you need to do.
