Coming soon, my brand new skin: Pirates of the Caribbean:P

P.S: the advertisement isn't going. It is hiding because i have changed the layoutpos of the advertisement to the left. When you maxmize you see it;)

The reason that is have moved the advertisement to the left is because you don't see the Pirates of the Caribbean text in the Contact list;)

MenthiX, is that kind of "forced hiding" allowed in the database? (although it appears back when maximized)

Thats why i have added a option to choose between
a skull an Jack Sparrow;)

No. The banner should always show, just like it does on a non-skinned Messenger, so please change that.

But you said in your first post that it only shows when the window maximized so if someone were to never maximize their window they would never see ads.

I'm pretty sure that falls under the hiding ads section which isn't allowed (at least if you want to submit it to the database anyway)

No when you maximize the window you see the banner. See my shot....

And when it minimized the banner doesn't show. How do i get that fixed?

Setting the layout position to left or right causes that because of the layout type that the parent element uses. The only way you can prevent this from happening is by either setting layoutpos to top or bottom.
