i m a new member here....i just put a skin on my pc ..i have the 8.1 version live messenger and 4.6 version of messenger plus....
the fact is that...The skin works on the window with my contacts list.. but when i open a window conversation with a friend i have no background related with the skin i selected..
what is wrong with that?! what should i do?
because i found only 4-5 skins for 8.1 msn and i m trying to make it prettier
if i could have some help, i d be gratefull!!!!

at the first one,i have problem at the conversation windows..
at the rest, i have problem both at the conversation windows and contact list...

Ok. I was telling her it was better to change from 8.1 to 8.5 in order to use all the skins. She thought 8.5 is a beta and I told her it is not and then I told her that 8.5s default design is not good in my opinion and she said that she may not upload to 8.5 but I to9ld her that the skins will make her Messenger look great.

Update to 8.5 and use the newer skins... 8.5 design won't affect that.

one last question please...if i install the 8.5 version ,do i have the possibility to put 8.1 version once again, after a month for example?

Yes but you have to uninstall 8.5 and then re-install 8.1.

Choose the "No background' option... then the skin's bacgground should appear.
