this'll b my first full month with this computer and i want to see how much of my limit im using starting tomorrow. but i cant find any that arent for schools/IT departments etc.

if your ISP is imposing limits then it should offer you some kind of tool for monitoring your usage I believe.

try logging into your account on their website and seeing if there's anything there.

my dad does all the paying and stuff, i ust want a program to monitor my own traffic, how much im downloading preferably something that sticks in the notification area, so i dont have to have the window open 24/7 etc.
