could a script be made the ability to put custom emoticons in your message or name instead of just the default ones

Nope not possible. It would slow there servers down to much.

No, this is not possible and has been requested many many times before.
Please search the forums first before asking, it makes life just so much easier. 
(And you don't have to waste another thread ID on the same question 
)
