Im Using Window Vista Now
Last Night I Downloaded Window Live Messenger For Vista
But I Tried Many Times
I Still Cant Change My Font
May I Know Whats Wrong Izzit ?

Windows Live Messenger 8.5 works both on Windows XP as on Windows Vista.
Make sure you've downloaded from an official source (like the direct link above or from http://messenger.live.com/) and not from some 3rd party site!!
As such, there is no difference in changing your preferences and setting things up compared to how you did it previously. The same with changing the font used for chatting. In fact, this has been the same since years. To do that, go to the Messenger preferences:
in the contactlist: Tools > Options > Messages > Change font

If this isn't the problem, then try to be more specific. Maybe provide a screenshot of what you mean.

Im Download From http://messenger.live.com/ Also
And Im Follow ur Step ( in the contactlist: Tools > Options > Messages > Change font ) To Change My Font
But tat Font Still Same like be4 =.=
