I would really like that MSN PLUS makes a filter on the status so i could pick the user's that can see the status ...
E.G. you want your friends to see you as (busy) , girls friends 
as (online) and family as (Away)
anyway it will be very nice if MSN did it

I doubt this is possible (but im not sure). I cant really provide an explanation why, since im not sure if im right or not. =/

Not possible.
There is only one status and it's "global".
(Blocking people does not count.)
