Just have to keep waiting like it says.
You done exactly what they said not to do, send more than one email.
You're request has probably been declined.

I'd sort yourself out another email address because you've obviously done something wrong for them to disable it.

Transfer your contacts on Messenger to your new account.

ok
but isn't thier a way to reset your whole email
like disable it and then enable it again

Email and a Windows Live Id (used for Messenger and other web services) are not the same thing. They are completely different, although they both use the same id string (your email address) when you have an email address provided by MS (like @hotmail, @msn, @live, @messengeruser, etc).

A windows Live Id is nothing more than a login name in the form of an email address. This is also the reason why you can prefectly have a different password for your email and the equivalent Windows Live Id.

Yes, to do it you need to do exactly what is explained in the screenshot you showed us.

PS: also make sure you use an email which you have actually access to, to enter in the support form.

can you actually get onto your e-mails via msn? though the link on the contact list?
