How can I install Messenger Plus! 3.63.148 on win98 SE?
It always alert me to upgrade the system.
I saw some post that ask me to download Messenger Plus! 3.40 Beta version, and where can I download it.

What version of MSN/Windows Messenger are you using (you can check by going to 'Help > About Messenger')?

To use Messenger Plus! 3.63.148 on Windows 98, you need "MSN Messenger or Windows Messenger 4.7, 5, 6 or 7".
If you're using anything above that (i.e. Windows Live Messenger) then you need to uninstall it and downgrade to an earlier version.

MSN 7.0 is used on my computer.
When I run Messenger Plus! 3.63.148 setup, it show me "Please upgrade window system to newer version.

Beta versions are very rarely released officially to the public.
Download and install the latest C++ Redistributables.
Also clear your temporary internet files and try and redownload it. If it still doesn't work I will see what I can figure out later tonight.
It is looking like Visual Studio 2008 doesn't support Windows 95, 98, ME, and NT within the compiled code.

Problem foun and fixed. You can redownload Messenger Plus! 3 fro the web site. Sorry for the problem.
