How do you remove tabbed chats? i've looked everywhere and can't find the answer please help.

Plus! \ Preferences \ Conversations \ Tabbed Chats -> "Enable Tabbed Chatting"

i cant find conversations,
when i go to plus > preferences > it only says contact list, instant messages, messege helpers, personalize status etc.
btw i have msn version 7.0
