Hello people..
Yesterday I made an upgrade from Windows XP3 to Windows Vista Ultimate SP1, all the applications and things are working like charm but in Windows Live Messenger I have a problem.
I like to use a font size 8 which I can choose without any issue and use it but when I close the window or when Another windows pop up it came with the size in 10 which for me is a problem as I like to much a minimalist window.
I don't have this problem with XP of course and until now is the only thing That I care (a lot) in vista.
My desktop resolution is 1680 * 1050, I don't know worth mention it

I assume you're talking about the option:
Tools > Options > Messages > Change font of my instant messages
If not, then the above is the place to set your font size. Setting the font size from within a chat window (Edit > Change Font) is only temporary until you close that chat window.
If so, and it does not retain the setting in Vista, then this might be a bug and should be reported to Messenger Support.

Indeed, this is the way that I'm did it.
Also now I see that in

maybe something else .. i can't remember but i got it to work

Did it, but I open Up and reverse Back.
Is time to uninstall, erase all concerning Windows Live and Reinstalll again.
Uninstalled, Deleted all related Windows Live folders, Deleted registry information same problem.
I'm beginning to hate Vista to soon.
Ok I resolve the problem.
Ripp of Aereo for Classic and is working like a charm.
Sorry aereo but for me 8 size is better than beautiful things
Now even better,
I took the time an compared the appearance differents between Aero and Windows Classic, First I checked the Windows Classic and write down all the values for every box after that compared I Change it the Aero as the classic one.
The differents are than in Aero Mode the most Little Value are 9 and 19, I change it to 8 and 18 and Is working Like a Charm.

So, it was a Vista theme problem then? Strange stuff....

Yeah was the Vista Theme.
I believe I reported as a Feedback which was actually the only option that I found for this.
I doubt that much people use 8 as a font but for me that is a must have, Even I was thinking already in uninstall Vista just for that.
