Just reporting that Msghelp.net does not render correctly in IE8 Beta 2

Thats IE's problem then... They should get it to render how all other browsers do... Theres already code to make it render ok in IE7 implemented

And I'm pretty sure tons of other websites render improperly in IE8.

mostly & / & errors and img tags closed improperly, but nothing that should prevent the layout to go horribly wrong

Screenshot, anyone? I'm curious to see what it looks like, but not enough to install IE8.

The only real thing I noticed different IE8 Beta 2 was that when quoted text is show, then lines around it show double (not on laptop at the moment so can't do screenshot)

IE8 beta 2 has problems with showing the layers in correct order, so sometimes you see text (or images) not appear. To solve that just refresh the page, that works on forums anyway. As for sites it's a different story, there might be much more wrong/not rendering correctly. In such cases just add the site to Compatibility view (broken page icon).

IE8 is still beta and is eventually going to use W3 standards. So in theory by its official release, those with a valid website should have no issues with the program .
