I think the problem is related to an MS update released/applied early this morning. We have a lot of users who can't log on...only after rebooting from the updates.

The best advice in these situations is to wait it out at least a few hours. If it's not working the next day, check around for posts of other people saying that it is not working. It is usually resolved within a few hours though

Usually maintenance work on the servers or a server has gone down and they need time to get it back up
