Try to clean your registry with Easy Cleaner. RE: Big problem with my windows live 9 : cannot use it by mattumanutd on 10-23-2008 at 08:03 PM trried it already, i managed to uninstall it with revo uninstaller but it was the same when i installed, the installer doesnt work, wlmail and wlmessenger doesnt work RE: Big problem with my windows live 9 : cannot use it by Music Head on 10-24-2008 at 12:23 PM Try going to Start menu -> Run, type 'MsiExec.exe /I{5D4A033A-A286-44BE-A0F0-B05FAC25D07F}' and press run. That is the UninstallString in my registry for Windows Live Beta (all programs). RE: Big problem with my windows live 9 : cannot use it by Music Head on 10-24-2008 at 12:28 PM Sorry to double post, but I had another idea. I believe Vista has ditched Windows Messenger and now has WLM, if so, can you go to add/remove windows components and select to not have WLM installed? Then try installing WLM again. |
