We all know how you can't do webcam from a PC with your friends on Mac. Is there any development possible for Messenger Plus! Live to be able to get that working between a PC and Mac or is this an MSN server issue and nothing to do with the client let alone addon?

This is not something that Patchou will undertake. Sorry
