Hey everyone 
One of my contacts on my Msn had an animated display picture but it was only a background they was no person in the animation or anything. Just wondering if anyone knows how to do this?

As of the WLM 9 beta, you can use .gif (animated) images as your display picture.

Its not the normal size display picture though. It looked like one of the Dynamic display pictures you can make but it was just a background

"Tile with Moods" in Windows Live Messenger 9 does that. It takes a picture or records through video source (webcam or ManyCam or some other software)
