i'm sorry to be son ignorant,but i don't know how to un-hide after hiding with the keyboard shortcut

Double click on the icon...mine is a network drive icon.

It looks like a network drive icon, the XP ones like you see in My Computer.... Well that is what I get on here, it may vary for you. Hover over each icon in the system tray (next to the clock) and see which one says it's Windows Live Messenger.
