Japan! by ipab on 11-12-2008 at 08:16 AM
So, I'm posting here because I'm wondering if anyone in Japan is interested in a Plus! meet there for a short time or something...
I'm flying to India with a layover in Japan. I land in Japan at 2:55 PM Dec 7th local time and I have to hop on another plane at 11:00 AM Dec 8th local time.
I land at Narita International Airport.
If no one is interested, perhaps someone can give me places to visit at that time...
Apparently I get accommodation in a hotel nearby, just don't know which one.
I'm pretty excited about this trip since this is the first time since I've become an adult, that I have gone out of North America and plus I haven't seen my grandma in a while, so I get to spend time with her .
Anyway... I'm rambling, so put me out of my misery and respond!

Have fun in Japan, luck you. There aren't many Japanese users of Plus! but still, I hope you'll find somebody .

Since no one else responded, I'm guessing the Plus! Meet is a no go... does anyone have any recommendations on what I can do while I'm there... only a day left to plan things out...
P.S. w00t
P.P.S. Perhaps Steve will be in Tokyo when I'm returning to Canada, and we can meet up or something .

I don't know when you're going back to Canada, but if it's sometime this year, that won't be very likely. (Currently no business trips planned for Tokyo until next year.)

When in India, give me a ring You'll probably not come to Mumbai () but if you're anywhere close, give me a ring. I'll try coming to meet you despite having my exams If you're in Delhi, I'm sure Felu would oblige (though I think he's busy IRL too).
As for places to visit, I'm sure you don't have a shortage for those in India. If you want suggestions, you know how to contact me Have fun! I presume you're going to South India.. its a beautiful place. May I know which places exactly? I haven't been there in ages. Got tons of relatives there
