I was wondering if anyone can help me.

Ive got a conversation log that i would like to view.

It is encryted and when i try to decrypt it after the decrypt status reaches finished it flashes up the following message;

     "An error occurred while trying to decrypt your file. Please reboot or try again on another computer".

Ive obviously tried it again next time i load up my laptop but to no avail.

Ive also tried the decrypt via start - run as advised in the log viewer sticky - this also didnt work but this could just be me not doing this correctly.

Does anyone have any idea how i could solve the problem and view my log.
