WLM 2009 is going to be released next week, so I am wondering if Plus! will be updated next week for the new WLM 2009 build.

patchou will have to have some time to see if plus will work, and what errors there are to fix up, if any... so dont get your hopes up for plus straight away ;)

this current plus took a while to come out after the beta came out

You're right :P

When a new version of WLM Arrives it always takes a while for plus to release, Its the same everytime. So Kinda goes without saying dont you think?

The new build expected next week isn't the final build yet AFAIK, just another public beta. The Public Plus! beta already works with the latest WLM9 build, hopefully it will work with the upcoming build too.

Plus! will be updated if needed, of course :). As MenthiX said though, anything released in December will probably be a beta so no 4.80 yet.

What about my translation Patchou? You told me you would include it but you didn't send me details. Can you please tell me what do I need to know? As you can see, the translation is ready so it can be added even now. :)

Thanks for finally replying Patchou. No problem. I will wait but this time, the translation must be included in the next official release. There are Greek users who will benefit from it. :)

I have realised that on msn there has been loads of viruses and things, if msn would be updated that would be a thing for them to work on. On bebo there are plenty of viruses aswell.

No working Messenger Plus! for this version yet, but as Patchou said, it will come.

Not yet. The new WLM build is just out for a few hours, I doubt if Patchou even touched his PC since.

I'm testing Windows Live Messenger 2009 (RC) on 2 different computers running on 2 different specs.

Yeah indeed it's taking up a lot of memory usage, but I've yet to encounter any crashes.

On a 1GB RAM PC, Windows Vista, it's quite laggy if you're running other apps (those that you use everyday).

On a 4GB RAM PC, Absolutely no lag.

But it's rather an unstable version since there are some functions not working properly.

I'm running on a Pentium 4 2.66ghz 1gb ram Windows 7 Nvidia 5500 and I have no lag or any other problems with messenger other then the fact that Plus! doesn't have all its features working.

Messenger Plus! Live is not yet compatible with the latest build of Windows Live

Messenger 14 (sometimes named version 2009 or 9).
