Why not just uninstall it the normal way? :S

And I'm certainly not just going to run any random .exe program which I don't know anything about.

Sometimes it does't show in the add/remove programs but you can use the msiexec /x then the GUID of the app.

Which is obviously not the best option for novice users :p A simple program (that could be trusted) could help quite a lot of people

I'd rather use ZapMessenger, it's from TReKiE, so we know it's trustworthy. :p
