Just another site to throw on the pile ¬_¬
EDIT: To be fair, it's not a web forgery or phishing site.

Spunky: How many people do you think would actually read the T&C?
I would just not use something that would ask me for my username and password that doesn't belong to that site

We can not be held responsible for people's stupidity. The site is not harmful nor is it illegal in any way. I'm not condoning it, but this is why websites have T&Cs and why software have EULAs.
With the capability to sign in from multiple places, most people probably won't ever even notice them unless their contacts tell them (if the bot is suffisticated enough to support multiple locations too).

What do you get when you enter your real details anyway?
Anyone tried it with a test account?
Also, it seems that the spam that I received yesterday from contacts who used this "service" was significantly larger than other times...
