And as you can guess, it is very annoying because it means I don't see messages until several minutes later.
I'm using the new beta, with Windows Live 2009, and everything else works fine.
Any ideas? I've looked through all the settings and they are all correct.

This is a known problem with a sligthly older build of the Messenger Plus! beta. Please make sure you installed version 4.79.0.353.
