Hello there,
Sorry if the thread already exists, I tried to look for it, just found a similar problem but with Gmail...
First of all, I must say thank you and I glad you created this software.
I'm using mobile me as my email provider, the settings in the external pop mail configuration are correct and seems to communicate correctly with the server, the problem is that is always counting 05 unread mails (And I don't have any unread mails there at the moment).
Seems that it freezes on that number no matter how many mails I have there.
Can I have some assistance on this matter please?

If I remember correctly, Gmail counts all mail as un-read mail or something, which I think means it will always be the total of emails in your inbox, not just the un-read ones

I understand what your saying, but my problem is not with Gmail but with MobileMe.
With my e-mail provider it will only count 05 no matter how many emails I got, unread or not.

In that case it may be better contacting them as they will no any possible causes and solutions
