is there any way to recover the records of conversation when someone enters my msn and off?

Messenger Plus! Live chat logs are saved in My Documents > My Chat Logs.
Windows Live Messenger history is saved in My Documents > My Received Files > [Folder] > History
If they're not there, then they were probably never recorded in the first place, so no you can't 'get them back'.
