This group is dedicated to the development of Plus! Quest for Messenger Plus! Live and Windows Live Messenger. You can submit artwork, code improvements, even just offer suggestions. Builds can be uploaded and downloaded for general testing.
Basically I want a team of people to help me on this (obviously only room for 20 people) that can help with artwork, coding and basic ideas. Somebody with a good knowledge of websites and PHP would be an advantage
