Hey.... im looking for the dll file i can res-hack to find the CmdIDs.... this is on 2009... ?
anyone know it?

Yes, it is the same as before, which you could easly found yourself if you just checked or opened the DLLs in Messenger's directory.
msgslang.<versionnumber>.dll

To view the resources of a DLL you need a resource viewer, not some icon extractor or some other program which is only designed to view specific resources.
Read the tutorial on the official Plus! site. It gives you step to step instructions of what to do. It also links to a resource viewer. See links in previous post...
