Please, may anyone help me to find a solution ?

Look at the following image :

as you see I can access to different options of messenger plus extra for one of my contact (naturally the one I want... )

I dont understand what happens.

I'd like to know when he connect with a music an so on...

Does anyone have an idea to resolve my problem ?
