Personally I think it's garbage:

You can't see people's mottos or what song they are listening to in the chat box.
there is no "send" button in the chat box.
the pictures are on the left side
And let's say you set a picture in a certain folder as your DP, right? I could have swoan once you'd try to upload a pic again it'd bring you back to that folder..Now you have you manually click on that folder again (i have all my DPs in a certain folder)

You can just open up a single chat window, extend the space a little so that the psm shows, then close. From now on all your chats will have the psm visible.

Right but let's say if I just wanted to send a link? The days of simply right click, paste, and click on send are gone.

And let's say you have a folder full of DPs, right? I could have swoarn once you'd try to upload a 2nd pic it'd bring you back to that folder.. when you'd click on uplload. Now you have you manually sift through all the folders again just to reach you destination. I'm 90% sure it wasn't like this before though I could be wrong.

Okay but my point still stands about the no mottos and no songs being played wheny ou have a chat open. They completely got rid of those, no matter the size of the chat.

If you put your mouse cursor under where the name of the contact who your chatting with is, a little RESIZE thing will come up. Simply resize that so that the personal message/media is present. Close all open chats then reopen them and it will be fine.

Dont go judging things when you have no idea if the things your judging are possible or not.

you are seriously an idiot. look at the area where it says "roll gypsy roll" put your mouse/cursor under the (available) bit [it's shadowed] and you will see a vertical arrow fade in. drag this arrow down.

I think the layout is great, there aren't six buttons on the toolbar in the contacts list I always remove like in 8.5, it's  just my email button, plus button then below that my window controls+scripts

is having the display pictures on the left side really that irritating? this forum has them on the left. In fact I've only seen one forum which has them on the right and no one complains either way

Sometimes I'm too lazy to stretch to the keyboard to press Enter to send a link...
