Using Vista Home Premium.
I installed LifeChat 1.0 and Windows Live Messenger, paid Telefonica, and made some phone calls. There is still plenty of credit there.
Now when I try to call, Windows Live Call says:
"Your account capability cannot be authorized. Please try again.
Try making the call again. If you are still unable to make a call, contact customer support. 80ef0193"
In Messenger, when I go to Tools > Options > Connection, and test TCP, it says "Success, you can connect to the Windows Live Messenger Service".
I tried calling again many times, generating the same message,
repaired Messenger, uninstalled and reinstalled LifeChat and Messenger,
can't find the alleged customer support (if it really does exist),
tried many internet searches without any useful result,
and have no idea where else to look or what to do next.

I started with the Web service of Windows Live problems.
Also the new live chat button's go with me and not the support itself does not know more super! sorry for my english
