Just wanting to let you know i have created a msn plus message maker what can make the colour messages, sound messages and add smileys quit easily.

Mmmm, by the screenshot, it looks like a useful one, especially for newbies   I'll try it later and tell you what I think of it

i would just like to no how u use these things on msn plus? coz im just a newbie and dont no much bout it.

ive tried it and its pretty cool, on suggestion i would give you is to let you type the message and then format it by higlighting and stuff

if you select pink, you get cyan.

Gradier's only 25kb! True, it's not as functional, but we're making a new program right now... and that is, well, [to be announced]...

It's not that exciting, unfortunately But it's better than Gradier for what you people want.

Edit: my 56kbps modem has just managed to download it, thank God. And I like it. But you could at least get rid of that huge blue background! No wonder it's more than 1mb unzipped!

Thanks , a new version is on the way which should be smaller than the previous version (ie. bye bye blue stripy thing), and the program i used to make it stores loads of pointless c*** with the exe. I will try to remove that too.

Oh yes quite a few bugs should be corrected soon, so look out for version 1.15 or 1.16 (depending on how much i fix )

Ok latest version is 1.15 with the colourfixes, and so on. (If it persists, modify "colours.ipt" with notepad) as its simpler to do.

Removing the big image did reduce the filesize but its compressed anyways. So ive removed it nevertheless 593kb lol )

Oh as ive removed the pretty bg image, you can now add you own yay!, make a gif and save it as "bg.gif" in where you installed the message maker (640x480 please for it to look right)

I will port it over to VB soon for Version 2 (MUCH faster and smaller)

Live previewing will be in Version 1.2 so look forward to that.

Additional Note: Post any suggestions on what should be in V1.20 (no filesize=smaller complaints ok, i made this as optimised as possible )

- More control over the look of the message maker.
- Skinnable (Possibly, or just has a new look, tell me if you would want it skinnable)
- A better help system.
- Easter eggs of me wetting myself on oblivion @ alton towers too or maybe just me in a car pulling a funny face (long live patchou!! )

is it possible to make it so you add your own smilies? or is that already added cause I just downloaded msn plus few min ago.

yeah, its added that smiley table has all the smileys available (i think)

there are only that sounds?

They are the only sounds what are included with messenger plus so its out of my control.

Sorry, if there are more sounds make me aware of them asap so i can map them too.

I ment like making your own smilie (drawing in paint or psp etc) and adding it in a convo or something?

or even adding your own sounds....
