Is there any script that can mute my messenger whenever im running a full screen application (without setting myself to busy)?
If not, can somebody do it

Got this option ticked?
If so, it will set your status to busy automatically, thus muting Messenger.

Yes, but i want to appear online and not receive any sounds while running a full screen app.

Fair enough. 
Mute 1.11 - Mute Messenger and Plus! sounds without having to set your status to Busy.

I have checked that before, but it does not do it automatically everytime i go full screen
