Thanks in advance for helping.
I bought 2 identical cameras (Microsoft 6000) and I cannot see the other person's camera during a video call. She can see me and herself, but I only see an icon of a webcam with a red x. I can see her if I click on "view a contact's webcam", but not during a video call.
Any ideas?
