Okay my msn seems to not be working. when i go to sign in it takes forever then says troubleshooter and then i do it it says everythings perfect and retrys signing me in. this has been happening for the past few days and i end up just going on my laptop for msn but i dont allways have my laptop as its not mine i share it with my family .
this computer is mine which means i can go on it  whenever i want but this msn wont work any ideas.

p.s it always does this its like a big circle.without msn

I suppose you dont get any error. Have you tried re-installing Windows Live Messenger? Also, what version of Windows Live Messenger are you using? Help> About Messenger.

Im using windows live messenger erm the new one that comes with the internet update   im on vesta and when i go onto uninstall windows it wont let me as i cant find it. and no i dont get any error message

ahh okay now ive uninstalled that now what thank you sir/madam very helpfull so far

Re-install it now from here and let's hope the problem is solved.
