is there a script that can alert you if someone has opened a chat window to your email and alerts you on them typing a message??

if not it would be a good suggestion for yous scripters

well im sure ive seen someone who has it cuz i was at my m8s house and he opened a conversation window and then the person just suddenly replied sayin what do you want..

coinsidence??? i think not

He was using Messenger Discovery, probably. Install it, and you see why there isn't =)
(It gives a lot of False positives... also is really buggy)

There are some add-ons that "tell you" when a contact opens a window, but you can not trust them always, it can alert you even if your contact is not there.

This indicates that the contact is appearing offline.

Such scripts/add-ons are inefficient as they do not really catch those that open a conversation with you. However, those that establish a connection with your information. Such as clicking your display picture (viewing your contact card) or opening a conversation window with you.

Closing conversation notifiers do not work either, as they alert you when the connection drops (after 60 seconds from the conversation being idle).
