ok, im trying it but when i enter the URL it just appears in the sig, not a picture. or does the preview button not work properly?

Upload it to an image hosting site such as Imageshack or other.

EDIT: The preview does work properly. Paste the code you're using. (Also, what internet browser are you using?)

i used sky drive like suggested earlier, why doesnt that work?

Okay, It looks like you're using Chrome, in which case the text box field has some issues, you'll need to use the Chrome feature of extending the input area(using the little tab in bottom right-hand corner), then ensure that the code is all on one line, then hit preview or update. (Note that after you preview the size of the input area reverts back to default, this means you'll need to resize it again for when you click update.)

Btw, you might wanna host it somewhere else, atm it seems as though you're hosting it in a private folder on Skydrive, this means that no one else can see it.

how come when you guys have the blue bg from your text your sig doesn't have a white box as its bg ground ho did you create the transparency?

We use the alpha channel... and .jpg images don't support it. Use any image editor wich supports alpha (like GIMP, Photoshop), send the white color to alpha, and save as .png or .gif.
