'You' in general might not need to disable it... you can guarantee, on any computer I touch, impossible things will be needed.
Oh well, I don't really care, I'm not stupid enough to go to a site like that anyway. They can message me as much as they like.

you can uninstall it
but you can also disable it from running
just run msconfig or services.msc

thats the same as:
/run services.msc (in a conversation window)
then turn it off...
