Camera Problem - Printable Version

Hi Guys,
After 2 weeks of waiting, I thought I'll register here and ask you guys.
I have a Problem with the Webcam function of MSN.
I can send requests and people can send me one to see THEIR Camera. But when they want so see MINE or I send a invitation, the window opens, I can see me, it tries to connect... but then, mine freezes, for them it is white, just the moment before the picture is transmitted. After around 20 seconds, my webcam window closes. The one of the friend is still working.
With around 5 of my 150 contacts, the camera is working. Not with the other ones.
Oh, and I tried 2 cameras, so actually, it has nothing to do with the cameras... I can see me when it tries to connect... so..
I have MSN Messenger Version 2008 (Build 8.5.1302.1018) and MSN Plus version 4.80.0.356
Yeah, I use an old version, I don't like the new MSN version. BUT!! I tried the new one, it didn't work there, too. And then I installed the old one. Doesn't work there, too.
So, what is the problem in here? I used the search system but found nothing.
I hope you can help me 
And sorry for the "bad" English, I'm from Germany...

If I remember correctly this was an issue with trying to stream from a lower version to a newer version of WLM. Try upgrading,

But this is what I already tried. I installed the NEW MSN to test whether it is a problem of the MSN Servers or a Problem of my MSN Version. But I can't activate my cam for Users who use the same Version as me.
I don't think it's a problem of the Versions, as I said, I already tried the newest version.

I updated my MSN Plus! now, but nothing has changed. any more Ideas..? As I said, with a friend of mine it works fine..

I made a row of tests.
1 of 5 with the new MSN 9 Version could see my camera, while the other 4 just had the white screen. With Everyone who has the same version as me it worked fine.
But as I said, I tried the new MSN Version already, and it didn't work with the people who had msn 9...
