Name Problem - Printable Version

This problem has happened twice now. My mates name will not change it's stuck but i can see her new name on the tabs and when i lose connection. Does any know how this has happened? And it has happened on my PC as well. Help?

Did you assign your contact a nickname? Right-click your contact in the contact list, Edit contact and remove anything in the nickname field.
