well....good day to you guys.
this will be my last try to solve my prob by posting it here.which is....i can't login to msn messenger at all versions,either old or new,at all computers either mine or others,at all connections,either wirless or others,and at all web messengers.but....i can log to my account normally, check my e-mails and edit any thing.
so the thing  is... it seems the prob with my id not the messenger it self.coz my frnds can use mine normally.but when i enter my id and the password,it give me msg saying that either the user name or the password is wrong.but non of the them are wrong, becoz simply using the same user name and password, i use to check my e-mails.
i tried every thing in the internet to solve it but nothing worked.i formated my laptob,reinstall,registry,dll.nothing worked.but simply my frnds can use the same mesnger which is just rejected me.
so the summary is....... i have prob with the id,neither msnger software nor my pc system....but at the same time i can log to my account and check my e-mails always.

so any idea what is going on exactly???!!!!!

Which version of Messenger are you using?

i tried all versions,even web messengers.right now using windows live 8.5

Change your password. If messenger can not identify you, it might be a problem with your password. Try to limit yourself to a-z and 0-9 only, because passwords with these characters are always recognized.
If that still didn't work, try making a new account altogether with a password like above.
Or you might try to contact the team behind WLM to take a look into it.

If your trying to access MSN with the same email address each time,
you should try making a New MSN address,
& try accessing MSN with that.
