I was chatting with a friend and saw his display picture in the chat window behaving as a slideshow (changing pictures). He told me he was using "MSN Pictures Displayer 4.6.3.0". What is the best program for this function? Thanks

You dont need a separate program for that, you can use Random DP script. It offers exactly what you are asking for.
