I've download some skins for my msn,but it CAN'T work!!
i am using Snow Leopard now

all the skins have this problem, i don't know what wrong with my msn(OR PLUS)
it should be like

I see that you have MSNShell installed. Plus! and MSNShell do not work together, you must uninstall MSNShell if you wish to use Plus!.
