Windows Live Messenger 14.0.8089.726 has just been released today. Anyone test it out to see if it works with Messenger Plus! Live?

Download link anyone? Tried http://download.live.com/messenger but running that installer tells me I already installed Messenger (so same version).

Everyone has started using these emoticons in a space of four days . The update does not fix the issue.

I hoped the huge emoticon issue would have been fixed, at least... seems like it isn't. Let me know if you find any problem with Plus!, I'll run some tests on my side.

Guys for some reason i can`t install this Messenger , when i open the Messenger.msi file , it starts but after few seconds closes , and nothing , can someone help me? =)

Dude , i can`t download it from there , it`s broken link or something , btw i solved it the messenger was instaled , and when i try to login i get , "We can`t sign you in to Windows Live Messenger"
error code 80050154.

you think, bahh. wish people took more notice of where they download stuff from.  when you installed it, did you remove the previous version an reboot the computer before installing the newer one?

I`m quite sure that i downloaded it from softpedia cuz i couldn`t download it from the official installer " http://download.live.com/ " cuz it sais broken link or something , and i didn`t had previous version cuz i just reinstalled my windows , and i was looking for install setup for messenger , and i faced a problem , asked for help here , and you are angry cuz i didn`t precisely said from where i downloaded the file , i think that i should be the angry one here. -_-'

some sites have Dodgy copies of Applications, thats why i asked, i was not Angry.  you need to get your networking solved on your PC. if you cant download it from the main site.

Open Internet Explorer > TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > Connections tab > LAN SETTINS button > an see if you have the ( Automatically detect Settings ticked ) if so untick it. it can cause issues of not being able to reach sites

It wasn`t ticked , i checked that , now i`m downloading the setup from where you told me... Let`s hope that will fix my prob...

I still get error code : 80040154/

only other suggestion i can offer is google that error code . or use the Devils Search Bing
