Well I have a password on my chat logs and Like I clicked 3 times after I did my password on a contacts emails said access denied closed out of logs opened back up with password and a whole month of this contacts logs have disappeared is there any way of getting them back and how this happen

the logs would not have been deleted after 3 wrong guesses, i just tried and purposly got the password wrong ~10 times and the logs are still there...
Only explanation is that someone or something (program) has deleted them... and if thats the case, no way to get them back
