I see the small window, about that, i got one E-mail. But i cant open the email box there in it, from Msn chat box. I need go to Hotmail Web site
In the Morning it worked good, but at evening not 
Somebody know , what happened?

Try going to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Windows Live Essentials > Repair
This will repair all Windows Live programs, including Messenger.
