I might be mistaken, in which case I apologise, but I have failed to find a script able to read the current song from Spotify to MSN. Is there one around? If not, consider it a suggestion from a person who cannot script one bit

I searched a bit and it seems like this feature is already present in spotify, all you need to do is enable "Show what I'm listening to".

Yes, granted, but I'm more on about the commands you can have with a few scripts around, making it possible to type /np or similar in a chat window to send the song information to the person in question. Thanks for your swift reply!

Assuming you've done what Moh said, to have a /np command.....just setup a quicktext /np and message (!MYMEDIA)
